Are all of your products in stock?

Yes, all of the products registered on naturaliving.ro with the mention “in stock” are in stock, in our inventory in Constanța, and can be immediately shipped to your address.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders placed until 15:00 on working days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped by mail on the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 will be processed the next working day. Orders placed in the interval Friday after 15:00 to Monday up to 15:00, will be processed and shipped on Monday.

What happens after my order is placed?

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. When your order is done processing, you will receive a new email confirming shipment of your order, with the tracking number of your parcel.

How is my order delivered?

Deliveries are carried out by the fast shipping company.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t have to, but we strongly recommend creating one. This process actually makes it easier for you to place orders. Furthermore, registered clients have the benefit of receiving additional information about our products and offers and will have access to promotions and special events.

Can I change my order?

Which cards do you accept and how safe is my transaction?

On naturaliving.ro, we accept debit and credit cards by Visa and Mastercard. Card payments are processed through Stripe & PayPal. All the information concerning card payments is encrypted, through a secure connection, so that this cannot be accessed by a third party.

What do I do if I want to change my account details?
